Format: 2-Day, 5 match guarantee. Multiple Pool rounds into playoff bracket. 

Max Teams : 32 Teams

Team Entry Fee: $375

Officials: R1's will be provided for all matches

Spectator Entry Fee: Free 

U14 Division will be hosted by CEVA in Salem, OR

Format: 3-Day, Multiple Pool rounds into playoff bracket. 

Max Teams : 48 Teams

Team Entry Fee: $550

Officials: R1's will be provided for all matches

Spectator Entry Fee: Yes, Facility charges admission. 

Registration:

Registration for this event will be on AES, www.advancedeventsystems.com.

Registration Opens: October 2, 2023 at 9am PST

Acceptance into the tournament is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES, and whether or not you have paid the registration fee. 

This tournament accepts payments on an "OK To Pay" model. 

If your team registers for an event and they fall within the tournament capacity, the ERVA staff will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay” in AES.  This will open up the payment portal for you.  Once this status changes, you will have 48 hours to submit payment.  Once payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.”  Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in your registration being rejected and your team being moved to the bottom of the waiting list. 

Registration for events is still first-come, first-served.  The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy. 

Refund Policy:

Teams who register, pay, and are accepted will have until 3:00 PM on December 17, 2023 to cancel and receive a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. 

Teams who cancel after 3:00pm on January 17, 2023 will receive no refund or any kind, for any reason.

U12 Apparel 

Onsite Apparel will be at the U12 event all days and offers customizations! Add your name and number to any order.

This event is NOT a Stay and Play. TTS has secured room blocks at the Host Hotels and provided a link to additional hotel options as well if the room blocks are sold out.
