FOUR REGIONS HAVE ANNOUNCED PRESIDENTS’ DAY REGION RUMBLE

14s tournament provides another local opportunity to play

Beginning in 2022, the Region Rumble will provide another local opportunity for teams to play in a high-quality three-day tournament produced by the regions. 

The tournament will feature the 14s age group, each season the tournament move to locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

Beyond producing a high-level tournament, the four regions (Evergreen, Intermountain, Puget Sound, CEVA) aim to diversify competition for teams, bringing together several clubs from throughout the area to play against each other. 

We are adding a friendly Region competition by creating a rotating perpetual trophy for Region bragging rights to whichever Region’s team wins the Gold Bracket!

The FIRST EVER Region Rumble Trophy was awarded to our VERY OWN, Shockwave U14!  Way to Represent!!


Onsite Apparel will be at the event all 3 days and offers customizations! Add your name and number to any order.

Event Information:

Location: Eastern Washington University |  Sports & Recreation Center (Next to Football Field) | 1108 Washington St. | Cheney, WA 99004

Format: 3-Day, Multiple Pool rounds into playoff bracket. 8 match guarantee

Divisions: Open and Club

Max Teams per Division: 16 Open &  24 Club

Team Entry Fee: $550

Officials: R1's will be provided for all matches

Spectator Entry Fee: Free 

Registration:

Registration for this event will be on AES, www.advancedeventsystems.com.

Registration Opens: October 3, 2022 at 9am PST

Acceptance into the tournament is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES, and whether or not you have paid the registration fee. 

This tournament accepts payments on an "OK To Pay" model. 

If your team registers for an event and they fall within the tournament capacity, the ERVA staff will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay” in AES.  This will open up the payment portal for you.  Once this status changes, you will have 48 hours to submit payment.  Once payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.”  Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in your registration being rejected and your team being moved to the bottom of the waiting list. 

Registration for events is still first-come, first-served.  The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy. 

Teams who register, pay, and are accepted will have until 3:00 PM on Friday, January 18th to cancel and receive a refund of their entry fees.  Teams who cancel an accepted registration after that date will receive no refund of any kind.

The 14s Open and 14s Club divisions will each be tentatively capped at 16 open teams and 24 club teams.

REFUNDS:

Teams who register, pay, and are accepted will have until 3:00 PM on Friday, January 18th to cancel and receive a refund of their entry fees. 

Teams who cancel an accepted registration after that date will receive no refund of any kind.
