The region registers participants only with the RVA of USA Volleyball, who shall be considered members of the Region.

 

Letter to our Members

2025-26 Membership Fee Increase

We want to inform you of a small change to our full season membership pricing for the upcoming season. Beginning this year, the cost will increase by $10.

This adjustment reflects a $5.00 nationwide increase from USA Volleyball on their portion of the membership, as well as a $5.00 update to the Evergreen Region portion, which helps support the continued growth of our Region and the services we provide to you.

Your membership directly supports:

  • The addition of a second full-time staff member and part-time support to better serve the increasing number of events and clubs across our Region.
  • Expanded support for members, including programs like the INK Junior Player Scholarship Fund, equipment and club grants, and other need-based initiatives.
  • Enhanced events, with the ability to staff more officials and create a better experience for players, coaches, and families alike.

We deeply appreciate your support and membership. We understand that costs are rising everywhere and we want you to know that every dollar of this increase goes directly back into serving you, our members.

Thank you for being a vital part of the Evergreen Region. We’re excited for a fantastic season ahead and all the ways we’ll continue growing together.

FAQs

 

Can I participate without a membership?


You must be a current registered member to participate in Evergreen Region and USA Volleyball events. Whether you want to officiate at ERVA events, play in a tournament, or coach a team, you must be a member.

 

Where do my membership fees go?


When you purchase a Evergreen Region membership, about half the fees within the Region to fund and support our local programs. The other half goes to USA Volleyball to fund national-level programming. There are no refunds once a membership is purchased.

TRYOUT MEMBERSHIPS

 

Athletes who are unsure if they will make a club team should purchase a tryout membership then upgrade to a regular membership once they have made a team.

A $10.00 credit from the tryout membership is applied to the cost of a full membership. 

Athletes who are certain they will make a team may purchase a full season membership to attend tryouts. This membership type is NON-REFUNDABLE .

 

 

SportsEngine Account Creation &
How to Purchase a Membership

The purpose of the tutorial is to walk members through the SE Account Creation and Membership Purchase process. 
 

NEW MEMBERS

 

If this is your first time in SportsEngine, please log into the system, enter your e-mail, and proceed through the account creation steps.

 

 

RETURNING MEMBERS

 

If you had a SportsEngine account last year (with a USAV membership), please log in to purchase this year's membership.  If you've forgotten your password, you can use the password retrieval link after you've typed in your e-mail.  
 

 

Print or Save your Membership Card

 

At the completion of your purchase process, you will have the option of saving your digital membership card to your phone or printing a copy.  Please save it to your Apple Wallet or your Google Pay app. 

 

USAV Insurance Information

 

When you become a member of USAV/ERVA you will be included with the secondary sport accident insurance coverage. For a summary of coverage see the document below.

 

If an injury occurs please fill out the Incident Report Form from your club and they will submit to the ERVA Region Office for processing. office@evergreenregion.org 

 

 

Background Screening Requirements

 

USAV Domestic Background Screening - $14.00
Required of all adults affiliated with junior programming.  Screen is valid through the end of the USAV season (August 31st).  Read more about this policy here.

 

International Background Screening - $150.00
Required of adults who have lived outside the US for 6 months or more in the last 7 years.  In some cases, the cost of a domestic background screen may be added to the cost of the international screen. Screen is valid through the end of the USAV season (August 31st).
