All attendees MUST pre-register through their USAV Academy via their SportsEngine account. This is the only way to reserve a seat and ensure your course credit.

Walk-ins are not guaranteed and will only be admitted if space and staffing allow.

If you need to cancel, please return to your USAV Academy and UNREGISTER the same way you registered so the spot can be offered to another participant.

What to Expect

• Clinic length: approximately 2.5 hours
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Full attendance is required
• Late arrivals may be turned away if too much of the course has been missed

Check-In & Credit

You must sign in on the clinic sheets onsite to receive credit. Do not leave until you have verified you are properly signed in.

ERVA Staff will update course completion manually after the clinics. Please allow 7-10 business days for update to show in your SE account.
