Board Elections 2025

The below listed board positions are up for election in 2025.  Executive Committee officers of the ERVA Board shall serve a term of three (3) years beginning sixty (60) days after conclusion of the election period.

2025 Board Positions up for Election are listed below.
 

In addition, all individuals serving on the Board must be Regular Members of ERVA in good standing as defined in the ERVA Participant's Handbook.


Executive Board Positions and Qualifications:


Commissioner

Qualifications:

  • ERVA Regular member at least the previous two (2) years.
  • ERVA Board member at least one (1) of the previous four (4) years.
  • Working knowledge of ERVA and USAV issues and policies.

Junior Program Director

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience coaching, organizing, or administering youth, Junior, and/or adult teams, clubs, and/or events.

Officials' Director

Qualifications:

  • Experienced National or Junior National Referee or experienced National or Junior National Scorer
  • Experienced referee and/or scorer clinician.
  • Experienced mentor of officials

Interested Candidates must submit:

  • Resume, Biography or letter of qualifications AND
  • A written statement to the ERVA members
     
  • DUE by April 18, 2025 via email to lindsay@evergreenregion.org.  
    • Submitted information will be reviewed by the Elections Committee.

If candidates meet all the qualifications for the position their statement to the membership will be posted on the ERVA website for review prior to the election period beginning. 

 

Election Period:

  • Election period will begin on Monday, April 21, 2025 and close on April 28, 2025.
  • The election period shall be seven (7) days in duration
  • Only Regular ERVA members at least twenty (20) years of age shall be eligible to vote.
  • Votes may be cast electronically as organized by the Election Committee.
