About Browns Park
Browns Park Sand Volleyball Facility is programmed by the Evergreen Region Volleyball Association (ERVA) in partnership with Spokane Valley Parks and Recreation. The facility includes 16 beautiful beach volleyball courts, fully equipped with pro-quality nets and premium white sand.
Since the initial dedication of the courts in June of 2015, the park has been buzzing with activity. From the hundreds of individuals participating in ERVA sanctioned events and the spectators they attract, to the waves of local community members enjoying its amenities, Browns Park has become an absolute hub for recreation in Spokane.
Court Usage and Etiquette
- Parties renting the courts through ERVA for an event have first priority on usage
- Monday-Friday: any scheduled events will leave at least one court open for public use
- These courts are for the community! Use and enjoyment is encouraged.

Renting the Courts
- View the Browns Park Event Calendar using the link above to see if the dates you are interested in are available.
The number of courts being used will be listed, 15 are available for rent Monday-Friday and 16 Saturday/Sunday.
- Contact ERVA Region Office to request Facility Rental Contract and submit payment.

In addition to the court rental fees there will be an additional City Fee Required for any users group that charge a player fee and/or collect rates for practice, tournament, or event.
ERVA will collect the Court Rental and City Fee from approved user groups. ERVA will then pay the City of Spokane Valley directly from the City Fee each user group pays.
