| Club Mission Statement | The mission of SRJ is to foster the growth and development of volleyball in the Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas. The goals of the club are to: introduce volleyball to youth in order to develop interest, enjoyment and skills; provide technical, cognitive, and social training supplemental to high school athletic programs; and promote the advancement of high skilled players who have the desire and potential to play the sport at the collegiate level. |
| Practice Facilities/Practices Per Week | Teams practice twice a week either on MW or TTh from 7-9 PM. Practices are held at Lewiston High School, Clarkston High School, or Jenifer Junior High. |

| What does the club fee cover? | ERVA tryout membership, USAV membership, supplemental insurance through USAV, uniforms, equipment, coaches' salaries, facilities rentals, 4 tournament entry fees, and administrative expenses. Parents/legal guardians are responsible for covering their player's travel expenses. |
| Travel - Do parents travel with the team? Chaperones? | It is the responsibility of the player's parent/legal guardian to arrange travel to tournament locations. Each team has at least one designated parent chaperone. |
| How many tournaments will you compete in? |
Each team will compete in a minimum of 4 tournaments. With the exception of the Snake River Classic, all tournaments will require travel (Moscow, Pullman, Sokane, Tri-Cities, etc). The number of tournaments and the areas of travel are dependent upon the skill level of the specific team (to be determined by the Director and Coaching Coordinator). |
| Beyond paying club dues, what else is expected of player parents? |
It is expected that the player's parent/legal guardian abides by the ERVA Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct at all times, to include both practices and tournaments. |
