Elections will be administered by the Elections Chair who is appointed by the Commissioner. The Elections Chair may select any ERVA member in good standing who is not a member of the Executive Committee or a nominee for an Executive Board position to assist with the elections process. The executive committee, except for the Commissioner Emeritus, is elected by a simple majority vote of the eligible voting members and begin serving the term Fall 2012. |

* Balloting will occur electronically (online)--USAV number and DOB will be used as verification. * Voting members must be ERVA members who are 20 years old 30 days prior to the first day of voting. |
